Little Lights Counseling

I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and CA-Endorsed Infant/Family Early Childhood Mental Health Specialist. I work with young children and their caregivers around anxiety, trauma, attachment, and regulation challenges. My approach is relational, developmentally informed, and grounded in evidence-based early childhood modalities. I help caregivers better understand their child’s needs, respond more effectively, and strengthen the parent-child relationship. I also offer parent workshops for schools and community groups focused on early childhood mental health, behavior, emotional regulation, and caregiver-child relationships. These workshops are practical, accessible, and designed to give caregivers clear and useful strategies for everyday life.
